Shipping cost:
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and ship your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Split Shipments:
Most orders will ship from a single warehouse. However, we occasionally ship from a combination of warehouse locations, so you may receive your order in multiple parts. If items from your order ship in separate packages, we’ll send you tracking information for each package when it becomes available.

For the most up-to-date delivery time estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline below. Delivery timelines do not include processing times. See above for details. All transit times are measured in business days which are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Transit Time:
United States: Your order will typically be delivered within 4 to 8 business days. Please note that there may be occasional delays beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions.
Canada: For customers in Canada, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 9 business days. Please be aware that unforeseen delays, like postal service interruptions, may occur on rare occasions.
Please note, that international orders are subject to Import Duties, Taxes, and their associated administrative fees. The customer (‘the importer’) is responsible for payment of these costs - they are not paid for by us. If your order value is above the allowance, you may be charged importation duties, taxes and their associated administrative fees.
Where can we deliver the package to?
We can ship to most countries in the world. Countries not shipped to include: Russia, South Sudan, and Palestine.

For US orders, they are shipped using USPS. For Canada, using Canada Post and for all international orders we use DHL Express.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
